Required Account Executive in Marketing Department
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
• Client service on marketing and business strategies of their products and brands.
• Full client stewardship including communications from idea development stage, to realization, finalization and post-buy.
• Emailing with clients, requests receipts, monitoring and coordination of current activities, solution of conflict situations and clients claims.
• Management of client’s request on a daily basis and coordination of clients queries with media department, production and creative departments of the agency.
• Preparation of presentations, commercial proposals, cost estimates, photo reports and other post-buy reports; monitoring of agreements’ statuses and other business documentations for timely project fulfillment.
• Reporting to marketing and media managers.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent written and oral English (Upper-Intermediate level)
• High education, preferably in marketing and business administration.
• Minimum 1 year of work with clients, preferably in advertising sphere
• Ability to work under pressure, and not stick to “from 9 to 6 working day”
• Commutability and team work.

Required Assistant Media Planner in Media Department
Principal responsibilities will include :
• Assist Supervisor on a daily basis in provision of strategic and measurable solutions that meets client objectives and goals.
• Traffic management, which includes ensuring effective implementation of the media plan according to the schedule; report directly to Media Supervisor with any discrepancy or issues; handle and coordinate the compensation spots with the channels.
• Work in a database of the Media Researcher (after training). Keep up with the latest trends in media.
• Analysis of Advertising Campaign effectiveness of the client and monitoring rivals activity on the basis of SOV/SOS data.
• Circulation of documents such as provision of media plans to the channels, preparation of Act of Fulfillment, Reconciliation, Airing Certificates.
• Miscellaneous Accounting task and reporting
Requirements to a candidate:
• Age: young 20-26 (graduating student)
• Personality traits: proactive, analytical thinking, aspiration for self-development, attentive to details, ready for challenge, critical, broad-minded.
• Languages: Good command of English is preferable.
• MS Office suit: Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc), Word and Power Point advanced user.
• Education: Background in Marketing, Math, Sociology, Statistics.
